The app includesCO2, O2, combinedtables and the ability to create your own personalised tables. There is also a logbook at our disposal where we can save a lot of important information to make training even more effective.

In addition, the app features a stopwatch with a warm-up time option, a competition mode that works according to AIDA rules, and a graphical representation of our results. In iholdbreat, we also have the possibility to create our own playlists for workouts.

It is software that can be successfully used by people practising freediving, underwater hockey or hunting with a crossbow. The application costs $4.19.
