Tek Camp 2013, a camp for technical divers and technical diving adepts, will be held in the UK for the third time. This year’s edition falls on the period 8-12 July (Monday – Friday). The venue will again be Vobster Quay in Somerset, located near Bristol.

The camp is an innovative project that allows divers of all levels to improve their skills under the guidance of experienced instructors and real experts in technical diving. For their contribution to the development of this branch of diving, the organisers of Tek Camp 2013 received a prestigious award during the technical divers’ conference Eurotek 2012.

During the five days, participants have the opportunity to take part in theoretical and practical classes taught by outstanding specialists in their fields. Whether you are interested in closed circuit diving or how to start your adventure in technical diving or cave diving, you can be sure that you will end up in the right hands and will be able to develop as a diver.

Tek Camp is certainly an interesting proposal, especially for our compatriots living on the islands, but as they say – “nothing difficult for those who want it” and everyone, regardless of their place of residence, will be welcomed by the organisers.

Among the instructors are such figures as Phill Short and Martin Robson, well known in Poland, as well as Lamar Hires, Mark Powell, Rick Stanton, Paul Toomer and Rick Walker.

There will also be plenty of equipment news. As usual on the occasion of Tek Camp, many diving equipment manufacturers will appear on site. Last year from Poland appeared Tomasz Stachura representing Santi Diving.
