Many people underestimate this form of recreation in water and treat it with a pinch of salt. After all, what interesting things can we encounter while swimming with a snorkel in our teeth? Some fish, corals, crabs and other creatures. Yes, exactly, only sometimes it turns out that these creatures are 14-17m long and weigh 30-45t.

You will admit that this completely changes the view on snoorkling. Humbacks, or long-finned whales if you prefer, are very special whales. Their wide and large pectoral fins resemble wings and their head is covered with characteristic nodules. Their interesting behaviour is that they jump above the surface of the water, sometimes leading to complete immersion!

Both males and females are known for their songs, which I am sure you have heard more than once while watching nature films about whales. Despite their size, these mammals are completely harmless, and an encounter with them remains in your memory for a lifetime.
