Scuba Capsule - revolutionary cases for Apple devices

During a visit to this year’s Boot fair in Düsseldorf, we came across a stand with an extremely interesting product. Scuba Capsule is an underwater housing dedicated to a number of devices from the stable of the American Apple company. Does it stand out from the competition and is it worth a closer look? We first mentioned Scuba Capsule and Utmost Tech in late 2011. The then product was dedicated to devices of generation before iPhone 5, and we found its trace, because the creators turned out to be … two Poles! Over 3 years ago, of course, we were dealing with a completely different “capsule” than today, but interesting solutions and a multitude of functions created interesting perspectives.

Despite all the changes, the goal remained the same – to revolutionise the diving market with technologically advanced iPhone cases. Thanks to the solutions developed over the years, users of the apple bitten can take their devices even to a depth of 150m!

Another two years of work were needed to obtain the final product that is now on shop shelves. Thanks to the intensive efforts of the Utmost Tech LLC. the solution, which strongly stands out against the competition, was created.

Scuba Capsule offers us a dive computer, a camera/photo camera with HUD display and many multimedia add-ons. The whole thing is synchronised with a wireless transmitter, which allows you to turn your phone into a fully functional dive computer, with such extras as ultrasound-based navigation and the ability to send messages between users.

A free app associated with Scuba Capsule is available in the iTunes online shop. The software includes a free Log Book with geo-location option, a dive equipment manager, a multi-gas dive planner, it also creates graphs of your dives and has a whole bunch of other extras. The application is designed for use on the surface before and after a dive. Further software is currently being developed to squeeze even more out of Apple devices.

Utmost Industrious Technologies is a research company specialising in engineering, prototype design, virtual training and simulation systems and the development of advanced programming solutions. The company has been in business since 2000.
