An amazing event aimed at all lovers of the underwater world will take place in Israel from 11-14 March. The Red Sea Diving Festival is a fun celebration taking place at the end of the desert winter, during the period considered the best time to dive in the Red Sea!

Each day of the festival, an underwater photo exhibition will be carefully set up on the seabed at Coral Beach, off the coast of Eilat, for visitors to enjoy… while diving! In addition to this, the organisers have also planned film screenings, diving events joint beach clean-ups and a number of activities dedicated typically to divers.

Those taking part in the festival will have the opportunity to take part in a number of diving workshops on the following topics: freediving, technical diving and underwater photography. Some of the classes will be free of charge, while for others we will have to pay a symbolic fee.

In addition, the festival will include an underwater photography competition with extremely valuable prizes. Both amateurs and professionals can submit their works, as the competition will be divided into categories.

The festival is the result of cooperation between many entities, including The Israeli Tourism Corporation, Hotels Corporation, the municipality of Eilat and partners in the tourism and diving industry, among others. The organisers hope that together they will be able to present the region at its best and help visitors have an unforgettable time together.
