As I suspect many people have heard, the US space agency NASA is abandoning its space flight projects and going underwater. You might say that, thanks to the global crisis and the belt-tightening of the major powers, we will have the opportunity to learn more about our world. Who knows? Maybe in the future, thanks to this, it will be easier for us to understand what we will encounter beyond the Earth?

Meanwhile, let’s move on to Aquarius Reef Base – NASA’s underwater training station. It is here in Key Largo, Florida, that NASA employees practice in conditions similar to those outside the Earth’s atmosphere.

The Aquarius base will probably be used more and more now, and perhaps we will see an expansion of its range of capabilities? In the meantime, let’s see what is happening underwater. The link below launches a live audio/video stream from underwater! At all times you can follow what is happening inside the base, as well as during the dive.
