In just 3 weeks the annual Miss Scuba International beauty contest will begin. This time Sipadan in Malaysia has been chosen as the location where the competition for the crown of the most beautiful among the diving ladies will take place.

As in previous editions, 25 female participants from 25 different countries around the world will take part in the election. For the participants there will be tasks and competitions in the field of ocean protection, safe diving or marine and environmental knowledge.

There will also be competitions less related to diving, but known from traditional beauty contests, e.g. presentation on the catwalk in evening dress, national costume and a bikini, organisation of charity events, a talent show or a general knowledge quiz.
