Important information for owners of Oceanic and Hollis slot machines!
Listen to this article

The American manufacturer of Oceanic and Hollis vending machines, is recalling some of its products from the market and calling for the return of customers who bought machines from specific batches. This is due to problems they may cause when operating under certain conditions and ultimately endanger the user’s life.

As we can read in the official, the automats can restrict the air flow, during operation, when there is already a small amount of mixture left in the cylinder – below 34 BAR/500 PSI. The manufacturer has called for the return of specific batches of vending machines to correct the fault.

The call for returns is only for customers who purchased their vending machines in the US – 4,500 units, or Canada – 330 units, between October 2017 and June 2018. Please note that the refund only applies to machines with parts from specific lots.

If you have come into possession of a vending machine that could be returnable, please check the serial number engraved on the first step and the UPC number on the box. If you find that your vending machine is returnable, you should stop using it immediately and contact our local Oceanic/Hollis brand representative.
