Join Kiki Bosch as she sets out to challenge her own limits and push the boundaries of her abilities, on free dives among the icebergs in the frigid waters surrounding Iceland.

For many people, freediving is an opportunity to enter a completely different world, devoid of many of the limitations known on land. Everything slows down, we calm down, and gravity does not concern us. Sounds pleasant and comfortable? Well…

It’s a little different if you plunge into the icy waters of the north without a wetsuit. For Kiki, it is a challenge with which she toughens both her body and her mind. In her immersions, she not only finds the incredible freedom of freediving, but also treats them as challenges that help her improve and grow.

She openly admits that freediving in extreme conditions helped her overcome past traumas and find inner balance. Today, she hopes that sharing this extraordinary passion and telling her story can also help others and become an inspiration.

However, we should remember that Kiki is a professional athlete with years of training behind her. She conducts her dives paying exceptional attention to safety, preparation and belaying.

Kiki Bosch is a Dutch freediver who uses the Wim Hof method to increase her tolerance to low temperatures and can dive in extreme conditions without using a wetsuit. She specialises in dives in Arctic waters, where the temperature fluctuates around 0ºC
