In the third weekend of February, between 19-21, in the waters of Lake Hancza, the 7th edition of the unusual freediving event – Extremall Freediving – will take place. A group of daredevils will meet to compete with each other while holding their breath… under the ice! The competition is returning after a two-year break, so there will be plenty of daredevils who will want to show their best side, thus proving that they have worked well since the 6th edition.
The competition formula is for only one competition to be held. Each competitor will have to dive to a depth of 15 metres and then return to the surface. Not a big deal, but this is where the catch comes in. The 15-metre round trip must be completed… in the longest time possible. The one who achieves the best result is the winner!
