For today we have prepared a small motivator for all those who have not planned their weekend on the diving. A film recording of the departure from the Tryton Diving Centre, on The wreck of ORP GroźnyThe film was recorded by Krzysiek Wnorowski with his camera.

A mixture of experience and youth gathered on board the Kaselot, set off from the Gdansk waterfront to explore together one of the most visited wrecks of the Gdansk Bay.

The wreck of a Soviet submarine chaser, already at the time of its sinking, was intended as a training target for Navy divers. Today, it is accessible to everyone and provides a great introduction to wreck diving. All those wishing to visit it will have to deal with depths of 18m, so anyone after the OWD course can make the attempt.

Before sinking, everything that could interfere with diving was removed from the Grozny, and given that it often has good visibility, we have a dream wreck expedition destination for those who do not yet feel too confident in the green waters of the Baltic.

As for the film itself, I recommend the first 8min, the rest is Krzysiek’s thoughts on topics not directly related to diving. Krzychu there touches on the difficult art of film editing ???? .
