Divers cleaned up the marina once again

Last Saturday, another edition of the Eco Diving Day was held – an event during which the diving community cleans up litter lingering in the waters of Gdynia’s waterfront. The whole event was organised by the Ticada Diving and Active Tourism Centre from Gdynia and the Gdynia Sport and Recreation Centre.

The event was a great success, even though the weather was not very good at first. However, as the hours passed, the sun came out from behind the clouds and the participants had a real picnic in Gdynia.

Among the rubbish that was fished out, one could find more and less obvious things from the surrounding yachts. However, nobody expected to find a laptop among the Saturday’s “loot”!
