CMAS - Divers for the Independents

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Poland’s regaining of independence, the PTTK Underwater Activities Committee is organising a unique action. On 10 and 11 November 2018, divers will dive all over Poland, and possibly beyond its borders, to celebrate this beautiful anniversary together.

We encourage you to take a unique dive and send photos commemorating your participation to niepodlegla@cmas.pl. A selection of 100 photographs will be used to create a commemorative poster.

On the website www.cmas.pl after 1 November 2018, a list of dive sites will be published. This list will be updated in the following days.

Clubs, dive centres and non-members are encouraged to organise dives and are asked to submit their dive sites by Thursday, November 8, to niepodlegla@cmas.pl.

The application should include the following information:

– the exact place and date of the dive,
– the start time of the dive,
– organiser’s telephone number (to be verified by KDP or, with the owner’s consent, to be made public)

Requirements for uploaded photos:

– the polish flag must be a distinctive element of the photo,
– due to the diving theme of the poster, only people wearing a diving suit may be in the photo
– the only symbol exposed in the photo has to be the Polish flag,
– photos should be sent to niepodlegla@cmas.pl by 20 November 2018.
