The Baltictech 2024 Conference, taking place on November 23-24, is set to be an important event for diving enthusiasts and professionals alike.

Hosted at the Main Library of the Naval Academy in Gdynia, this conference brings together a wealth of knowledge and industry expertise, promising a comprehensive experience for all attendees.

Ticketing and App Features

Those interested in attending can purchase tickets online until November 21 or at the event for 500 PLN/125 Euro, payable by cash or card. Attendees are encouraged to download the conference app—an essential tool that keeps users updated with the latest schedule and ensures their QR code is ready for seamless entry.

Conference Schedule and Activities

The two-day event features a dynamic program with over 40 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge diving equipment and 45 global speakers sharing insights on essential diving topics. Location and Accommodation

Gdynia, known for its vibrant culture and hospitality, offers various accommodation options from hotels to Airbnb, details of which can be found on the conference website. The venue, easily accessible via taxi, bus, train, or plane, provides free parking with limited spaces, starting at 6:00 am on November 23.

Exhibitions and Special Features

Upon arrival, participants can collect their attendee package and ballot for the prize giveaway. The conference will feature art exhibitions by notable contributors like Michał Mroczek and booths from MEWO, the Military Diving Training Center, and Ocean Tech Dive. Additionally, the Baltictech 2024 shop will offer souvenirs, ensuring everyone can take home a piece of the experience.

Culinary Delights food on site available

A heated tent will serve a range of meals, including breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner, catering to both vegan and vegetarian preferences. Meals, along with hot and cold beverages, will be available throughout the event, providing nourishment and comfort to all attendees.

Awards and Networking Opportunities

Traditionally, awards will be given for best recreational and technical instructors, CCR instructor, diving event, and dive center/base. Submit your ballot by Saturday at 3:00 pm.

Special Tours and Engagements

Participants have the unique opportunity to tour the Academic Center for Underwater Technology. Limited spots are available for two Polish-speaking groups and one English-speaking group, with registration opening on November 12.
